Even more hopeless

Janitor has received updates! They have changed their scenario conditions section into the play "Hopeless Situation", which in the style of the frantic imposes scenario conditions to the game. This doesnt in practice change much, but it follows the rules better now.
Additionally, Hopeless Situation is not even more hopeless.

Your gear does not include “Unlimited Ammunition”, “The numbers of local politicians” or “Enough soldiers to deal with a violent Girl”. You do not gain the “Choose 2” additions of Gear, either.
