You’re the one they brought in when there was literally no one left. You turn off the lights already. Close the doors, sweep the empty halls, even as they say that it’s all ruined, that there’s no point. Might as well keep doing your job then, even as a Cadre stumbles in, bloodied but ready. No handlers are left, but you spent time in Radio school. You’re not much, but you’re the best they’ve got. One last chance to mop the floor with the enemy before last call.

This handler is a joke playbook, meant to be run as either a "Hard Mode" scenario or a supplement to ongoing campaigns or failed scenarios. I made this in literally 30 minutes - not entirely sure if its balanced or not, but sometimes inspiration hits ya like a bolt from the blue.
